The Hispanic Women's Network of Texas Rio Grande Valley Chapter will have Alma Zamora owner of Wellness Technology. Zamora will do a presentation that will get you started for the New Year.

The topic is A NEW YEAR A NEW YOU Zamora will teach the group what foods are good for the body and soul. This months meeting will be held Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at the Mc Allen Chamber of Commerce.


There will be a networking session for new members; The Hispanic Women's Network of Texas Rio Grande Valley Chapter is encouraging attendants to bring your business cards.
The Hispanic Women's Network of Texas is a statewide organization of individuals from diverse backgrounds who are committed to promoting the participation of women in public, corporate and civic life.

The nonprofit organization welcomes into its membership anyone who is supportive of its purposes and who cooperates in carrying out its programs of education and activities.

The affairs of the Network are managed by a board of directors consisting of representatives from seven chapters throughout Texas. The Valley chapter meets the second Wednesday of every month at the Mc Allen Chamber of Commerce.
