The McAllen Chamber of Commerce and the Rio Grande Foundation of the Performing Arts to host a Classical Guitar Concert

Vibrant and Creative are common adjectives for the Mexican Arts.

This February the 9^th, 2010 at Our Lady of Sorrow Chapel, the McAllen Chamber of Commerce and the Rio Grande Foundation of the Performing Arts will host a Classical Guitar Concert by Mexican recognized guitar performer Marco Aurelio Alvirez.

Alvirez, a very talented guitar player and composer, graduated from the Music Conservatory of Chihuahua.

“We are very pleased to be able to experience high quality musical concerts in our city and at a price that is cheaper than going to the movies ” said Luis Cantu, Vice President of Inter American Relations & Community Development for the Chamber. “With so accessible prices and being right at our community, there is no reason to miss this opportunity” concluded Cantú .

The price for the tickets is $10.00 USD and it will be hosted at Our Lady of Sorrows Chapel this February 9^th, 2010 at 7:00 PM.

The Chapel is located at  1108 W. Hackberry Ave.
