McAllen --- On June 27, 2012, a McAllen Municipal Court Judge arraigned Luis Felipe Garza, 20 years of age who resides in Houston on one count of Manslaughter a Second Degree Felony and Tampering with Evidence a Third Degree Felony. The bond is set at $350,000.00 dollars and $50,000.00 dollars respectively.
Also arraigned in McAllen Municipal Court on June 27, 2012 are;Rosaura Alejandra Lozano 19 years of age from Pharr is arraigned on one count of Manslaughter a Second Degree Felony and Perjury a Class “A”Misdemeanor. The bond is set for $350,000.00 dollars and $10,000.00 dollars respectively.
Herlinda Garcia-Rios 27 years of age from Roma is arraigned for one count of Perjury and Failure to Report a Felony both are Class “A” Misdemeanors. Both bonds were set at $10,000 respectively.
Ignacio Cortes 19 years of age from Mission is arraigned for Failure to Report a Felony a Class “A” Misdemeanor and Tampering with Evidence a Third Degree Felony. The bonds are set at $10,000.00 dollars and $50,000.00 dollars respectively.
Benito Jesus Arriaga 20 years of age from McAllen is arraigned for Failure to Report a Felony a Class “A” Misdemeanor and Tampering with Evidence a Third Degree Felony. The bond was set at $10,000.00 dollars and $50,000.00 dollars respectively.
The fatality occurred on Sunday June 24, 2012 at approximately 1:30 am at the 2300 Block of W. Expressway 83 McAllen. The case remains under investigation. TBB
